  • As President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of OMEGA Processing Solutions, Todd McHugh executes the daily operational management of the company. With an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, Todd has extensive abilities in all aspects of financial management, operations expertise and risk management. Todd has worn every hat in the credit card processing industry for the past 25 years, working in key management roles at leading processors and technology providers.

  • R. Scott Anderson is Executive Chairman and co-founder of OMEGA Processing Solutions. In his role, Scott manages the company's relationships with our key Financial Institution partners. Scott uses his vast industry knowledge and network of contacts to further OMEGA's position with our key partners, prospective customers and vendors.

  • Daena Sprafka serves as OMEGA Processing's Chief Operating Officer. In this position, she has responsibility for OMEGA's merchant operations and relationship teams, as well as the company's customer and technical service departments. The Chief Operating Officer role centralizes the entire life cycle of the merchant portfolio under common direction. Hired in 2003, Daena was OMEGA Processing's first employee.
